Key Responsibilities

• Supervising the team of waiters in the manager’s absence
• Staying attentive to the needs to guests in the dining areas
• Following COVID protocols with regards to the handling of food
• Training staff
• Guest interaction
• Upselling

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy hospitality establishment
• Good knowledge of food and drinks is required.
• Must be able to speak and write English fluently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to Detail
