These Karoo style cottages offer a standard overnight safari experience. The cottages offer a unique and rustic feel with small additions like an indoor fireplace, outdoor shower, corner bath and small patio. The cottages are aligned with the reserve and situated on a dry Karoo river bed. Walk ways from the main safari lodge area and restaurant give these cottages a personal feel with ease of access to communal services and facilities.
Game Drives:
Duration of game drives and departure times are approximate and dependent on the interaction of the guests with the ranger and the sighting of animals.
Transport to Aquila:Â
Optional R1 440.00 per person. Pick up location will be confirmed by a safari consultant. Overnight pick up times are between 08h00 and 09h30 on the day of check-in and will be confirmed via the contact details provided at the time of booking. Transport is shared with other guests. If you wish to get private transport, please inform reservations.Â
Pick up zones include: Atlantic Seaboard, Cape Town CBD, Constantia or Bellville. For private, luxury or air transfers, please contact our safari consultants after making your booking.
